To report a lost or stolen card contact the credit union during normal business hours. After normal business hours contact the numbers listed below.
For Visa Credit Cards 1-800-808-7230.
For Debit Cards 1-800-325-3678,800-453-4270, or 800-500-1044.
You will need to know your full card number when you contact the numbers above.
New Federal Reserve rules give Debit and ATM card users additional options regarding overdrafts. In the coming months, we along with other financial institutions must offer you the ability to make specific decisions about future overdraft services for transactions made with your Debit/ ATM cards.
We will be mailing information to your home and will make this same information available through your home banking site. You will need to read the information, choose your option and return the information to us.
